As a Performance Coaching client, you’ll be able to meet with Will twice a month and have access to these services:
- Creative Brainstorming.
Brainstorming is the essential first step of all business activity. Before you make a decision, make sure you know all of your options. One of Will’s most exciting abilities is his ability to see dozens or hundreds of opportunities where most people only see a couple.
- Management Problem Solving.
Management in most businesses is half “guiding the ship” and half “putting out fires.” Both require continuous problem solving skills. When you need help, Will is here to assist.
- Designing Business Strategies.
From A-Z, or anywhere in between, Will is able to assist you in carefully crafting core business strategies. His wide experience affords him the ability to tackle any of your business challenges.
- Designing Marketing Strategies.
Any industry, any product/service, any market… Will’s ready to build a custom marketing strategy for your rapid growth.
- Designing Sales Processes.
Many businesses neglect to carefully design their sales processes, leaving a huge portion of potential profits sitting on the table. The truth is: most businesses can easily add 30% to 50% in revenue by simply paying close attention to their sales processes and trying a series of modifications to the processes. Luckily, Will can help you with that.
- Advertisement/Marketing Clinic.
Send over your advertisements or marketing pieces, and Will can call you to discuss ways to improve them. If you want a telephone response, you need to request an hourly consultation. If you want a written response, you can request a “Critique.” (See the list of Services for Critiques.)
Terms:
- Coaching is not sold on an hourly basis. Instead, the actual amount of time provided for each session is determined at Will’s sole discretion and is based on many factors — including your current needs, your ability to reach your goals, your ambition, and your coaching-driven business success.
- The price of Performance Coaching starts at $299 per month, and increases if you need more than 2 monthly sessions, or if you have above-average needs.
- Time availability and scheduling is always at the sole discretion of William Clements and Monopoly Marketing LLC. and will change based on client needs and workload.
- 100% Performance Guarantee. Although a “good faith” 12-month commitment is requested at the time you begin your Performance Coaching program, you are welcome to cancel your program at any time. Coaching is not a “quick fix” and cannot be expected to change your life or business overnight. You are strongly advised to integrate coaching into your life only if you are a directable, actionable and achievement-based person. If you are not able to take significant action, no amount of coaching will be able to help you. In addition, short-term coaching (less than 12 months) has been proven to be ineffective and inefficient for most clients. Typically, this is due to a lack of follow-through and accountability on the part of the client. With a full 12-months (or more) of coaching, you can expect to achieve more and receive greater results.
